Title: [SOLVED] Where is my keystep and why wont us support respond to my emails???

Why is it so difficult to recieve customer support? i had to file 3 claims for the same hardware issue before i got a response from anyone at arturia, and then had to wait weeks to get in contact with someone in the US. Now that i have sent my keystep to US support and the package was recieved and signed by rebecca, i was sent another email being told to ship my keystep to them again(???). after multiple attempts to email them again i have gotten no responses and have no idea if im ever going to get my keystep back. my case number is 301772. does anyone know how to get arturia to respond??? all i know is i will never buy another arturia product ever again.
