Title: Sync in disabling TimeDiv?
Post by: theruins on November 21, 2016, 08:21:21 am
Good day
I'm clocking my Keystep with a sync in from my eurorack. Now the time div settings don't seem to affect the Arp anymore - just one speed available (the speed of the sync clock input). Is this a bug, intended or am I just missing some setting?

Thank you!
Jonas

Hi,

The KeyStep can be synced in by two main modes:
    - with clock interpolation, so time division has a meaning (into the MCC the settings are: 1 step clock, 1 step Korg, 24 PPQ, 48 PPQ)
    - without clock interpolation (1 step gate in MCC), where a rising edge means "play this step on", then a falling edge is "play this step off and go to next one". So no time division possible

Hope this helped
