Title: BSP won't sync in MIDI Control Center

I have my BSP plugged in to my laptop and in the Midi Control Center I can't edit any parameters because it won't let me sync it. Just tried with my keystep and it works no problem. Running Firmware 1.4.0.20.

Any suggestions?

Have the same problem, i tried all things i saw on internet but anything run, help please

Hello.

The BSP is auto-synced (the sync butto nhas been deleted to avoid data lost when clicking on a template and then on a project, which automtically replaced the destination project.)

IF you have issues to have the BSP detected by the Midi Control Center, which is different, try:

- Another USB cable

- This:  https://www.arturia.com/faq/installation/firmware-reset-and-detection-of-a-midi-device

- Or another computer
