Title: GUI_VCO 2_Octave Slider

Hello,

I've noticed that the slider for VCO 2 is not lining up with the orange arrows next to the footage designations.
Attached is an image where the slider is set to LF, but the slider is halfway between LF and 32' 
It does this for all positions except for 4'

I thought that got fixed in 3.0.2.98. It was reported before.
