Title: Massive sync problems with Anti ground loop adaptor

Hello,
when i connect the Anti ground loop adaptor my BSP doesn't get the correct clock from Ableton over USB.
The Tempo Value on the BSP even jump around and stutter... i have tried different USB Cables

Without the AGL adaptor the BSP works as expected.

Anyone experienced the same issue ??

Hi . I haven't seen this before but where are you plugging the power into?

i've tried several USB Wall Adapters - anything wrong with them ?

I have had users of the bsp talk about issues with power when using the y adaptor . but not sync . it may be to do with where you have the power plugged in . is it possible to run power from a wall socket not used by your current setup  just to see if that helps.

unfortunately no change...
with the y adapter i have also kinda power problems - sometimes the BSP doesn't get recognized in OSX MIDI Setup
any ideas ?

Have you tried other cables both pwr and pc? No cable extenders or special long cables, right?

seems the USB Connector starts failing on my BSP - maybe this is a reason - will check the store and test again !
