Title: KeyLab 25, analog lab software and other VSTs

Hey.

I'm considering buying a KeyLab 25, but before I do that I want to make sure it suits me.

Lets say I use analog lab in Cubase and it works fine, since the keylab and analog lab integrates with each other. How do it work, when I use another software synth, or effect VST? Do the encoders and knobs have their own MIDI CC # so I can assign these numbers into the VSTs, and then use everything like a breeze?

Or do I assign the MIDI CC #s to the keylab myself and then the VSTs, but the keylab will still function as intended in analog lab?

I hope the question is not too confusing.
