I finally got around to updating my old machine with Modular V3 to 3.0.3.187
It works as a Stand Alone, in Analog Lab 2, Cantabile (x86), and as a VST in Studio One 3.3 (x86)
Dell Vostro 1510 Intel Core 2 w/3 Gig Ram. Runs Windows 10 in 64 bit
