Title: Portamento enable switch backwards

The Portamento switch GUI is (rightfully) up for 'On', down for 'Off', just like the original hardware, and in V2.  However,  it's implemented the other way round in V3.

Yes in generel many things unfortunately is and has been turned around in VC5. Also this Protamento switch.
