Title: Input, Output and Mod lists offer non available choices.

Right clicking on signal input jacks offer choices that don't exist, and Modular will attempt to patch to non existing modules.
I managed to patch 'Noise' and 'Filter 3' on this patch when those modules were not defined.
The user should only be offered list options that are available.

It works correctly in V2 - options are based on availability.

[Update] This affects output and modulation input jacks' lists as well - you can select items from the list that don't exist.

I agree only availble connections should be shown. None availble connections should be toned out, as i also mentioned in a thread about sync.
