Title: Transpose sequencer with Midi keyboard ?

Can I transpose the sequencers without holding the sequencer button with a Midi keyboard connected to the MIDI IN of the Beatstep Pro ? This was mentioned in another post as a potential solution to transpose without holding the seq button. Has anybody actually tried this ? I want to buy a Beatstep Pro and this would be important for me. Thanks

Hi Peter - thats possible

Just send
Midi In Notes on Channel 1 for transposing Sequence 1
or
Midi In Notes on Channel 2 for transposing Sequence 2
or
Midi In Notes on Channel 1 for transposing Sequence 1 and 2 with TRNS LNK Button pressed

You can choose the Mode LATCH on/off in your Midi Control Center
