For any preset in v2 which had the HPF turned off, that converted preset in v3 now has the HPF permanently disabled - it cannot be switched back on as the HPF switch does not work in v3. There are now many presets in V3 where I cannot get the HPF to work. Similarly for presets where LPF, sin or Ring Mod 'm' were disabled in V2.
[UPDATED - I believe 3.0.4.1095 addressed this]
This was reported a while ago http://forum.arturia.com/index.php?topic=87546.0
Essentially, the HPF , LPF, Ring Mod 'M' control and sine wave switches (clickable text glows green) are broken. Presets where these settings were turned off, after conversion you cannot turn them back on. Any new presets saved from these will inherit the disabled features. This would be fixed if the switches were implemented in V3, as in V2
{3.0.4.1095 did not address the switching filters on /off.]
This is a show stopper, and coupled with no sustain pedal and aftertouch issues means the v3 CS80 is pretty useless at the moment.
Attaching a patch from v2 converted to v3 where the HPF, LPF, sin level no longer operate.
This is in standalone mode, on Mac.
Thanks Jeff

Just wondering whether anybody at Arturia took notice of that bug?
Cheers,

Still thinking about this....I was comparing the sound in V2 with V3 and found that having the HPF permanently hardwired ON in V3 sounds quite different to v2 where you can disable the HPF. Different in a sucked, thinned out nasal way. Even with the HPF slider all the way down does not sound the same as disabling the HPF altogether.
looking forward to an update with this fixed.
cheers Jeff

Would be nice if evrything including this got fixed, and if the manuals actually is about the actual applications.

The HPF and LPF cannot be switched, on or off, and hasn't been addressed in 3.0.4.1095
Compare the template patch 'LP Filter 24db' in v2 and v3.
At extreme AL and IL settings the filter sucks all the bottom out in v3 because the HPF cannot be disabled, and the AL, IL moves both filter cutoff settings at once.
In v2 the bottom end is not affected because the HPF is disabled.
Please can this get fixed, so that it's working like V2 worked. Not being able to turn the HPF off is a big problem.

3.0.5.1141 fixed this YAY!
Sounds lovely, the pure LP filter sounds excellent now, so happy
Thanks Arturia :D

I like that it's on/off buttons rather than pulling the slider all the way down to turn it off. That way you can have the filter set and turn it on/off without going through a small sweep.

Actually, pulling the slider all the way down did not turn the HP filter off - it simply moved the HP filter cutoff point but it was still enabled, and the cutoff was still being modulated.
Now it can truly be disabled.
