Title: Exporting Jupiter banks & presets

Anybody able to help me out in exporting presets like I can with the other V-Collection instruments?

I can't find any way to do it with the Jupiter - and have had zero success with Arturia customer support - they just don't answer the very basic question I keep asking them

very frustrated at the inconsistency across the instruments

grateful for ANY pointers - thanks...

I guess you're using V2 version of the Jupiter (VCollection 4 version).
On top right of the keyboard you have 2 buttons IMP and EXP. (import export)

Have a look at page 42 of the manual :

Thanks a million - I would never have seen that any time soon - I had been looking all along for the same sort of black & white icons as they have on the MiniMoog/Prophet etc across the top of the pull-down menus
