Title: Where is my Origin Desktop ??? its been a month!- (Case 266136) [Contact form]

I am starting to become very concerned now. Since I sent my Origin to David many weeks ago now, he has not replied to any of my messages.  I know Someone at Arturia has it as it has been tracked and signed for. Can you please acknowledge that you are in possession of my unit.
