Title: Does anyone know how to register PianoTEQ 5 Stage or the UVIGrand Piano Model D?

So there's a licence included in the KeyLab 88 box for a PianoTeq 5 Stage & UVI Grand Piano Model D, but the instructions on the license sheet say "go to www.arturia.com/kl88-start & follow instructions."

But of course, when you get to the site, there's no way to activate either product.

Does anyone know how to activate these two virtual instruments?
