Title: V-Collection 4 - Synths: presets change automatically, Spark: volume problem

Since I bought the V-Collection 4 I have problems with it.
After I choose a preset at one of the synths and play about 30 seconds the preset change automatically to another one, it seems always to the last preset of the particular category.
At Spark I change the volume of the Bassdrum/Kick and after few seconds I can't hear it, because the volume control is completely down.
So it's really sad, but I can't use this software, it's unusable.
Please can anyone help me to fix this?

Cubase 8 Artist 64-Bit (I use it as VST)
Windows 7 64-Bit
Focusrite Saffire 6 Interface

 Problem solved! Synths and Spark works now. It was really something wrong with the imported MIDI Tracks. With a complete new and clean MIDI track everything works fine. Thank you so much guys!
