Hi,
i've updated to the latest ASC on Mac 10.9.5 and once it loads you can see my licenses for a split second then it auto logs me off immediately, so now i can't update to the latest versions because ASC seems to be broken, can anybody help?
cheers.

Did you try reinstalling? Check the Troubleshoot section here for more information: https://www.arturia.com/faq/arturiasoftwarecenter/

Hi There
I have the same problem. Exactly as the original poster describes.
And I'm on Mac OSX 10.10.5
I did a reinstall of ASC, but same outcome.
Logged a support request yesterday but no response yet.

Hi,
This issue has been reported a few times, apparently it's Mac only.
I'm investigating this and will keep you informed.
-
Hi all,
Maybe you can try this :

And tell us if it solved your problem.

Hi Everyone
Well I've kinda made it work.
I'm sorry Arturia, and perhaps my understanding of your activation instructions has not been clear.
1. I downloaded & installed Piano V (ie new instrument).
2. Launched it - it reported itself as 'not activated'.
3. From the list of activation options, I clicked the one "Open ASC to register & activate".
4. ASC launched, I logged in, synchronizate proceeded, then voila (oooh, sorry....) there's all my products!
5. Finally, I activated Piano V successfully.
I can see the list of 'not installed' V5 applications there with "Download" button. My assumption is that I can (when I want) download & activate this way.
Is this the expected behaviour?
Hope this helps other users & our friend Mathieu who recently posted.

Hi Ben - I did check that page you mentioned.
FYI - None of those scenarios match what we are seeing.
But as I said a few minutes ago, I made it work!

I'm glad you were able to make it work.
It's not a misunderstanding on your part but really a bug somewhere in the ASC.
It shouldn't matter if you open the ASC manually or from the Piano V, in both case you should be able to see your product list, download products and activate them.
So, it seems that there is actually a bug but somehow it doesn't happen every time, and luckily it didn't happen for you this time.
I'll keep looking.

Hi Mattieu
Very happy that you guys are checking these forums. Thank you!
FYI, I put the computer to sleep last night & tonight (I'm in Sydney :-) ) was logged out of ASC (it had terminated the session)
Entered email & password & it's behaving properly (on this one test anyway!).
My workaround last night *seems* to have fixed the problem.
Will add more info to this post if I have problems later or more info in case it helps you debug.
My best

I have the same problem.
I am about to try NeilS solution.
Using OSX 10.10.5
A little disappointed.
-
Still no joy. Still disappointed.
Downloading individual instruments.
Jup-8 V3 doesn't work.
Modular V3 doesn't work.
CS-80 seems to work.
Disappointed.
Attempted to remove all traces of Arturia and do a clean install...
No luck.
Now I have lost my Collection V4... and can't use the older Jupiter8 or the older Modular V.
Very disappointed.

Hi Normanh
Well a few days later I launched it and ASC stopped working again .
You might be lucky next try and you only need to make it work once to activate V5.
Did you log a Support Request with Arturia? I did and they eventually got back to me.
They later sent a new version which I tested successfully. If you log a Request, they might offer it to you.
Likely they will publish it soon anyway after more testing.

We are about to release a new version of the ASC to fix this bug.

The version that fixes this bug is now available. (Version 1.1.8.1002)
It will be downloaded automatically when you launch your ASC.
Thanks for your feedback and help !

Yes , same her and also my Mac laptop , though I purchased a new i Mac dedicated to Arturia, now the update crashes or locks the screen causing my hard shutdown, three or 4 emails to support and gave a bad review ,that did not deserve that review, in order to get someones attention,as it did. I have several emails from support, non of the tips have resolved the issue. Today I used my macbook pro, to access the ASC.,and t also did not connect or allow for ASC download ,web alert stated hat the "CERTIFICATE " root had expired , even though the certificate was good until a certain date 2023. This blocked as risk going to website, but I overrode that and connected. At this point I have completely deleted all Arturia, ASC, programs ..emptied the waste basket and restarted computer and again downloaded ASC and V 9. Same issue ,01 ERROR 01 ,cannot connect to the server. I have completed all the steps as described by Support, nothing has resolved this issue so far. A lot of dollars have gone into this software VST and many add on's ,as most of you have. Hope someone can resolve this issue . According to support,no anti virus or security suite, malware ..should not be used,i don't run those myself i.e." Mac.," So....typing , " /Library/LaunchAgent " in go to folder, pull it out and paste this file to desk top , don't forget to put it back, copy and place back into that file. Dropping it into one or both folders should trigger a pop up ,when I did that nothing happened.. I am at a dead end ,of course I deleted and re installed ASC just to see if this corrected the connection to server ,did not, same response to opening application. Thank you for any advice that can be shared

Hey Guys,
I managed to get the ASC to install using a technique on this thread and also making sure that ASC was enabled in their Settings - General - Login Items on My Mac. I run Ventura and hadn't been able to get the software to install despite uninstallingand following Arturias technical advice. If you have a Mac.... Here Goes!!!
Remember - ENSURE that ASC is activated in Settings/General/ Login Items.
System - MacBook Pro Max - Ventura Latest Versions.
