Title: Getting the message "Registration Failed: You can't register this license."

I saw another post about this same problem by another person. He seems to be the only other one asking about that issue (even Google turns up nothing). I'm hoping someone here could shine some light on this issue. I'm sure I'm typing everything in correctly, and that I have the correct product selected.
