Title: BSP not saving scale in projects and patterns

I've only had the BSP for several days now and am loving it!  But, I've been having a headache with the fact that my selected scale for a pattern(Major, Minor...) doesn't save with the pattern or project.  Every time I switch projects it reverts back to chromatic.  Very frustrating when you can't remember exactly what scale you were working in.  Is this an issue for everyone or am I just missing something?
