Hey everyone,
I recently broke the usb jack on my BSP, megabummer!
I have contacted arturia, but its been 5 days since they initially replied to me.
Am I being hasty? should I give them more time?
I just feel like maybe I got lost in the mix.

It's been 17days since I have heard from Arturia. I'm super bummed.
Just trying to get this thing fixed!

I emailed Arturia once and to their credit they did eventually respond to me.
Otherwise I've heard nothing but horror stories about their support. It's pretty frustrating. They make great products that I want to recommend except for the fact that they're often buggy and if they break down you're pretty much left to dry.
Arturia, if you're reading this, please please please invest in your customer care. You are actively losing customers because of this. Do you really think people are going to invest thousands of dollars into something like the MatrixBrute if they have zero confidence in you as a company?
