Title: Using both sequencers breaks the drum gates

Arturia is ignoring my problem. Using both sequencers breaks the drum gates.  I have contacted them numerous times, but they are simply ignoring all my tickets.  Neat.  Guess I will never buy another product from them.  Here is my issue.  I am on the latest firmware.
