Title: Beatstep won't load all parameters from MIDI Control Center

I submitted to Arturia one month ago but haven't heard back. Has anybody else experienced and solved this problem? Thank you, Michael.

I have created a profile in MIDI Control Center. I specified Global MIDI Channel as 1 and Sequencer MIDI channel as 2. I then store these in bank 2 on the Beatstep. When I disconnect from my PC and reconnect to my iPad, then load bank 2, the Global MIDI Channel and sequencer channel are not correct. The sequencer note value and sequence length are also not correct. I just loaded the most recent MIDI Control Center and upgraded my firmware. Any ideas?

It's been an issue since day 1. My advice is to return the product as there are other serious issues with this product (especially sync related) that haven't been addressed despite Arturia's promised firmware updates.
