Title: Keylab 49 keys not working in Analog Lab, other controls are

I just bought a new Keylab 49, and notice that the keys don't register at all in Analog Lab, no sound and no keys lighting up... I can click the keys in Analog Lab with a mouse and they work though.

All other Keylab controls are responsive in Analog Lab (knobs, faders, pads, etc. are sending data from the controller).

Do I have to "enable" the keyboard or something?? Or is there bad wiring in the controller and I should return it??

This is the exact thing that is happening to me... did you ever find a solution?

I'm having this same problem.  Any resolution?  I emailed tech support and am still waiting to hear back 24 hours later.

Sorry late reply guys, I ended up exchanging the Keylab 49 for another one, and luckily this time it's working :) .

I have no clue what was wrong with the first one, but it was a good enough reason for the store to exchange it entirely.
