Title: [SOLVED]Unable to Enter Diagnosis Mode in Midi Control Center

Has anyone ever done this procedure?
i can't access to this functionality. the option is present in the scrolling menu but is not selectable.
And is mandatory to calibrate my cv out
Any idea?

As to your other post you need a file to be placed in the mcc app folder.

The file is not required any more since this was posted . only Arturia are able to gain access to diagnostics now.  As its for test and calibration of the unit.

Hi mattia,
There is no need to calibrate anything for end users.
