Hallo, i've noticed that my unit does not scale correctly 1v/Oct CV output.
the result is that going up or down on the pads (or knobs) give wrong scaling to the pitch out (pitch detune some cents every octave with more that a semitone between 3 oct)
is there a way to calibrate the pitch out?
All of my VCO are calibrated correctly and i have a nice scaling when i track them from other sources
Thanx

Hi see the file below for help.

Does that void your warranty?
-
I don't know the answer to that one . Guess it depends if you want to recalibrate the unit or not.
-
thank you Terrym.
and yes this can void the warranty, but i need a working machine.

Seems that is not possible, in any way, to enter in midi center diagnosis mode (appear grey and not available)
so i can't proceed with calibration.
-
Before you do this have you checked with a multi meter your leads and output voltage of the bsp.
to use diagnose you may need to ask support for the file to get that working i'm not sure i can give it to you.

hallo Terrym, yes i i'm aware of the testing procedure, i 've already checked my cv outs with a multimeter and they are not correct,
thats why i was trying to get the calibration procedure infos.
When you write " ask for the support" do you mean my local Arturia Assistance or customer support from arturia website?
I will not send my unit to assistance because they are 500km from my place and they serve the whole italy, this means that it takes months for having the unit back and working.
