Title: Over a Month and No Response for RMA'd keylab 88

Hi, this is concerning my keylab 88 I had RMA'd over a month ago. I have not heard back from Arturia regarding the status of my item whether the keyboard was fixed or whether it needed to be exchanged. I still have all the records (case #, rma form, shipment receipt and tracking). It's now been 42 days since Arturia received the item. Where is support?
