Title: Missing Midi Notes

Hi to all, my Keylab 88 some midi notes are not working anymore. I have the Firmware 1.1.0.4 and when I turn on Keylab 88 it says Analog Experience keylab 88  1.1.0. I know it did worked great before. if anyone has the solution? Thanks..

Hi cocoroman,

I'm not sure to understand your issue. Some keys are not working any more ?
You can try to reset the FW to factory default by pressing octave up + down while booting the KL.
Let me know if it fix your issue. If not please give me more infos.

I have tried everything, also Resetting as you've mentioned, no go for the moment. Just right now I have written again on the Forum, maybe I'll need a working sysEx file to get it back.I'm really stuck in problem, and need help for this. I have also reported on Arturia's support help, ticket is still open, I hope they'll give me an answer. Thanks a lot..

Hey,
i have the same Problem with my KeyLab 88
suddenly there is one note missing..

if i factory reset the note is playable one time !?? once i pressed it it is missing again till factory reset...
can somebody help me out with that weird behaviour ?

ps: Midi Monitor is NOT showing incoming signals on note D6
