Title: I can't register my arturia key lab 49 black edition

I just bought keylab 49 black edition I don't know why i can't registre it, my unlock code doesn't work.

is anybody here with the same problem?     :-\ ??? :'(

Same problem here with my KL88. Tried 3 times to register and all 3 failed. I put in a support ticket.
