First
get the Freeware "Midipipe"... (search google)

Download, attached Preset..
Select with 2 steps Midi In/Out like desc. in Screenshoot's

Voila.. be Happy....

Nice. If you're on iOS, the app MIDI Flow works similarly (route any port/channel to any other port/channel). You can save presets.
