Title: Minibrute Registration error...what does this mean??

Hallo

To registrate my MiniBrute i´v 2 different strings of numbers here. A first on the registrationcard and the second on the brute´s buttomplate.
But to fill out the form i cant find a unlock code on any places or card. And the process to registrade broken up with a error message.

What should i do to finish these procedure?? ???

Strange...now it worked after several  errors.I dont know why.  ???
