I didnt get a warranty on my keylab 49 and figured i was going to end up paying for it but now that ive actually researched into the issue it seems like it is a manufacturing problem with the keyboard. Its been broken for quite a while, well not broken but really loose. its been this way since ive got it i just haven't really looked into it. How would I go about getting a replacement or getting it fixed?

Sorry to hear about your key-bed issue. :'( Don't know if this will help but if your Keylab 49 is out of warranty and you need a new key-bed I have a brand new one for sale? I had similar issues and got a replacement key-bed but I ended up selling my Keylab 49 before replacing and kept the replacement. It's brand new and I'll sell it if you need it? Just shoot me an email...
