I NEED to return the BSP to factory firmware.
I know everyone had problems with the initial firmware, but it was perfect for me. I want the keyboard to always be in transpose mode, i don't know why someone would want to play another note from the keyboard as the sequencer plays(maybe i'm not grasping this because i'm only playing mono synths)
arturia does not have the factory firmware on their site but i need it!
been working on a set for sum time with "factory firmware", now my set is impossible cause i need two hands to transpose my sequences! I was playing a synth with the other hand.
I tried it in the store with factory firmware, bought it with factory firmware, now i cant download the firmware i bought it for.
got a show tonight. some be my white knight and send me the FACTORY FIRMWARE files please!!!

How would this even be possible? If the firmware was never on the site to download, it only exists inside of someone's never updated BSP, and they'd have no way to copy it from in there to give it to you.
Arturia is the only one who could help you, and if they won't, I'm afraid you're out of luck.

seeing as multiple testers who work for Arturia are on here, i thought one would firmware predating those listed on there website. 1.1.0.3 obviously was not the first patch.
i would never expect a device to ship with firmware on it that you could never retrieve again if lost, no matter how ineffective it is.

Set the BSP to transpose latched mode in MCC and use a midi keyboard.
