Title: Lost midi connector

Hello Everyone. Tragedy strike me because I lost my midi connector :( After searching entire house I decide to make a replacement, after all this seems like a easy task but the problem is that I don't know what should be the proper connection path. Over the net I found several configurations and I have no way of checking what is correct one. Could someone with a multimeter be so kind and could draw connections on this template ?
