Hi people,

I exchanged a few emails with Arturia support about the malfunction of a key.

I did all the steps suggested, unsuccessfully and they do not respond my emails .

Who can I talk to help me ?

I emailed support about a broken key and they haven't got back to me at all.

What steps did they tell you?  It might work for me? ha ha.
