Title: Spark 2 problem with Cubase Elements 7!

Can someone help. I bought Spark 2 and im having a problem. I made drum loop with a spark and exported the wav. -file to the cubase. After that i tried to make another track with the Spark, but i got error message: AUDIO SAMPLES LOADER No file. And it also shows the path were my spark library is and some aiff. file seems to be missing. After i click OK Cubase adds another spark instrument but when i try to open second Spark i get message from Cubase that Serious error has occurred. This is second time this error occurred and i re-installed the spark2 but the problem came back. Can someone help me? 
my spark library is in external hard-drive.

Hi did you save the project in spark before closing cubase .
