Title: Solved - Connected midi keyboard - recording pitch problem
Post by: Sabatini on August 26, 2015, 03:02:29 pm
I connected an external midi Keyboard
In the Setup - the Latch is on (to keep transposition, when key is released)

Now pressing record on running sequencer (empty pattern) and play my keys.
Recording one cycle and do NOT tough the keyboard any more.

Then following happens
All my recorded notes have the pitch of the last note which recorded.
(Even when releasing the record mode immediately)

If I am using the pads of the beatstep for recording, all works fine as planned, so I guess its a bug?
Or doing I am something wrong?

Regards

Sabatini

Hi
found it

Look for the 'transposition' section in the mcc,  and change it to ALL
then it works

@ turbo key

You made my day ;-)

Worked fine, for the time being.
I did not check out at the moment what happens then to sequencer2,
and how to exclude Seq1 or Seq2  on the fly from transposing....
I have to chacke the next days

Thank you man
