Hi
My sparkLE and Analog Lab will only run in demo mode as I am told both are not active on my computer despite "My Arturia" confirming they are
I can't login to Software Centre as it says "service unavailable, please try later" which suggests that this is a software centre bug. Previously I have had to constantly reactivate my products which has proved annoying, now I can't use my products at all which is infuriating.
I receive the authorisation tab stating "the software is not active on this computer". When I click on activate I receive the message "can't communicate with the Arturia Software center. Also worth mentioning is Arturia Software Center status is offline despite a good internet connection.
Please help.
I don't see why a connection error with Software Centre would prevent me from using all Arturia products, especially as my hardware is showing as active in "My Arturia"

The ASC's server has faced an issue but is now up again.

Hi,
As far as i as a user can tell, then the servers are up. At least for me.
Have you tried to reinstall ASC? I fyes, then i suggets you contact Arturia support through your account.
BTW. The servers are'nt and has'nt been down for years at a time ever. It's usually fixed fast, if it happens.
