Title: remove / deactivate my CDM Spark

Hi...Today I sold my CDM ..as I have to do to turn the CDM from my computer? ASC found only deactivate all  (  I Have  V-collection !! ). I can deactivare ONLY my CDM? Thank you  ( sorry my bad English: I'm board using google translator   :-)  )

Hi .did you have the software activated for the cdm and also v col as you should have 2x spark activated  .if thats the case deactivate the single spark .but you can not do this if spark is part of v col only.

do not forget to go to your account  and deactivate spark if it came with the cdm.

Thanks for the reply ... ASC will not let me off a single product. Only option DEACTIVATE ALL :-(

Do you have cdm as a single soft if so just remove this product from your account on the main site

and resync the asc
