Title: Great support Arturia - MANY THANKS

Hi all

I have a few arturia bits and pieces and recently added a BSP to the collection.

Sadly it turns out I had a faulty unit. How do I know this? From the help I received here from Terrym and then subsequently from a number of follow up emails from Edouard at Arturia.

All very helpful and timely (answering posts late on a Sunday night!)

So BSP back to the shop and I look forward to receiving it fixed soon.

I have been using mine to control my Minibrute - pretty standard stuff but in addition and far more exciting I have been using it to control my Moog Sub 37 and a moog analog delay pedal (this last one producing great results in modulating delay times and feedback rates over long sequences - just wonderful!!)

This is not meant to be sycophantic and I have no allegiance to arturia - I just thought having read some rants here I'd redress the balance a touch with some good news :-)
