Title: knob 8 problem

Hi - wondering if this is a hardware or software problem
Updated to latest firmware

Knob 8 defaults to the lowest possible value for whatever it is set to send - whatever direction I turn it in it always goes down i.e. to C0 or -50 and stays there - same for midi cc

Thinking I may just return it to the store but my guess is they won't have stock in UK :-(

Very disappointed

Anyone else?

Hi, please clear the pattern with shift /clear and make a new seq and see if its still doing it

Yes still doing it - have reinstalled the latest firmware - tried doing with and without PC connection and even though the value starts at the default pitch with a new/cleared sequence the value always drops (no matter which way I turn the knob) until it is the lowest value possible

Have also discovered that knob 8 is not sending midi cc either

Hi could you check by opening the mcc then pressing sync when its finished in the view dropdown open midi console . the bottom should open ,and turn  pot 8  is it showing values in sysex .what happen when you don't touch the pot does the value drop on its own.

Nothing happens when I move the pot in the midi console - equally knob 8 is not selected in the GUI above when I move it either

The other knobs report sysex as expected

Apologies - last comment was for BSP in control mode - in sequencer mode it does report falling note on messages until it gets to CO/When I don't touch it the value doesn't fall on its own

HI   Have you sent a ticket to support .sounds like faulty hardware
