Title: MMC crashing, Swing encoder too sensitive

I have few more problems.

- MMC crashes when either Beatstep or Beatstep Pro is connected and I connect or disconnect one or the other. System is running OS X 10.9

- Swing value gets changed too easily by just touching the encoder incidentally - messes things up too easily.
