Title: Can't map drums below note 36 or over 84
Post by: siseturist on July 22, 2015, 01:00:38 am
Trying to set up the unit to match my hardware - having Novation Drumstation here which I want to control with BSB.
After figuring out which notes to map my drumpads to and trying to set it up in MCC, it seems to be impossible to map any pad under note 36.
In this situation BSB could be used through a computer which would remap notes in live, but not useful in a setup without a computer.

Just one quick note I'm trying to get the bass drum changed as its set in GM to b0 and it should be C1 for bass drum

Good news, thanks for the response. This bothered me as well.

Btw, on the topic of drum pad assignments, is there any way to change them without launching MCC? It would be nice if we could simply transpose the pads up and down directly from the hardware. I hate that I have to launch MCC and reconfigure the pads to match whatever drum source I might be using at the time. Spark starts at C4 for example, many others start elsewhere.
