Title: No Codes

I am a newbie here and this is the closest to a newbie forunm I can find

I recently got the Vox V and am thrilled with it. I love the Extended Mode. Based on that, I purchased Collection 3 from B&H Photo. with eLicense and installed it. However, None of hte codes came with it so I can't activate it. It has ASC but the "Activate All" button does not work

How do I get the codes to input for the instruments I have installed?

Hi Clyde,

You said you bought form B&H Photo so I guess you bought a boxed version.
In the boxed version you're supposed to have a plastic card where your serial and unlock code are printed on it. If there's nothing, please return your boxed version to your retailer to obtain a replacement.
If you bought a downloadable version, please contact B&H Photo right away if you didn't receive anything after your payment; we do not manage the license delivery of our retailers.
