Okay. This is driving me insane. For about two weeks I've been emailing back and forth with no luck.
I recently purchased the SparkLE crossgrade/promo. Registered fine on the website. ASC said I needed to update Spark, which I did. Now it says "BUY" where it should say Activate.
--I've uninstalled Spark (turns out I had an older version that came in the box, so I've now got the new version) and reinstalled several times. I've downloaded the version that Arturia's people have sent to me. (After uninstalling, I always run CCleaner to remove Registry entries, etc.)
--ASC is online. I've clicked Sync 150 times. I've logged out and back in. I've deactivated all, and reactivated all. I'm using the same email address in ASC and on the website.
--I can plug in the SparkLE and open Spark, but I get the Activation/Retry/Demo screen. However, I can get sound from the hardware. But, you know, it's in demo mode.
I'm running Windows 8
I have a Minilab that registered online and activated in ASC just fine.
Anyone have any ideas?
