Title: St.Delay FX GUI issues

In St.Delay FX not show values of both "Time" knobs during rotation, if "Sync." button is Off. Always show as "0 ms"

Win7 64bit, plugin v2.6.1.9 vst2 32bit

This bug will be fixed in next update coming very soon.
