Title: Questions before Purchasing Spark LE

Hi,

I'm interested to buy Spark LE getting advantage from the offer for registered users. Before I go I just want to make sure I've understood what I'm going to get with the package.

• Will I basically receive the Spark 2 software (including its factory library) plus a dedicated hardware controller?
• Am I supposed to use the Spark 2 software like the other Arturia softwares, including multiple authorizations with the Arturia Software Center?
• Are the additional 4 expansions which come with the offer usable within the Spark 2 software with the same multiple authorizations as above? Will they work without the hardware as well?

Sorry for the many questions and thanks in advance for the help

Hi luca , this offer is for the software and controller with 4x expansions .you will have upto 4 or 5 activations to use on your systems .the expansions work within the spark 2 software i.e. projects and kits .to use along with the sparkle controller.

if you have anymore question on spark ,just leave me a question .
ps, if you do choose spark there are also kits from me and others on this forum to use.

Yes if you buy sparkle you get the spark 2 software with 4x expansions .

I purchased SparkLE 4 days ago, and I'm still waiting on the download details for the 4 free expansion packs.
No reply from Arturia to my product help request. I'm back to using my trusty old NI Maschine and Elektron gear.
Wish I hadn't bothered with SparkLE!

Then you go to Arturia's website and under My Arturia, My Products don't you have your download links for the expansions ?

I too have not received the download email for the free expansions after registration - about five days ago - also lodged a ticket.
They are not shown in My Products either, but the instructions do say that an email will be sent with the download links.

There are no download links in My Arturia, My Products for the expansions. I have followed all the instructions to the letter.

I've just purchased the same deal ....

Getting mildly worried now though reading these boards, a lot of folk seem to have problems with registering etc

am I in for a headache ?

My recommendation would have been to wait for the next release of the Spark software (may be coming soon).  Beyond bugs, there are workflow problems, in my opinion, that I'm hoping to see addressed.  But any update would be welcome at this point. In the end, I still may move on from this hybrid setup and jump on the Elektron bandwagon.

I have to say my worries were unfounded ....

Sparkle arrived about half an hour ago, I plugged it in .... installed the software ... synced licenses .... immediately received email from Arturia with download links for my expansion packs .... insanely good service  :)

In fairness I did have a mild heart attack when I first typed in my serial number and unlock code and was told this code has already been used ....

Turns out the helpful folks at Arturia had pre-registered my software to my Arturia account before it even shipped.

At present I am a very happy pad masher
