Title: Cant login or recover password.........Failed to save user.....

Im trying to login to my arturia account in order to buy the v collection. My password dosent work, but when i try to recover my password i only get the the message "failed to save user: please enter your name". Thinking my account was deleted i tried to reregister but i only got an error message saying my email address was already in use with another account.

Any suggestions??

Tried again and it worked. Maybe theres been something wrong with the site over the weekend.

Hi, Ive got the same problem. It cant retrieve my password and it filed to save user. So I cannot use my coupon :(
I have tried this several times in several days without any luck at all. Same boring messages and I cant get my account.
I surely hope that Arturia will help out here and get us who cannot access the account letting us buy this after today, 10 jan.
