Title: Unable to load the store to buy my V collection V4 upgrade

It seems that the store area is showing all these mysterious blue lines that have items missing from the information requested when I initially load it. So the site won't complete loading for whatever reason. I have waited hours, still no luck.

I'd love to get the upgrade, but simply cannot get there, in either Safari or Chrome.

Suggestions?

I can'e even get to the URL you repiled with. Database errors. What gives? I have never had this trouble before.

Im having problem to, I can retireve my username, but it cant retrieve my password so I can login, as the website says it is not saved.
So I cant use my nice coupon Arturia sent me. Theyu even semt me a reminder, so sure, I would like to buy the collection, but it is impossible :(
