Hi there!
I purchased the V Collection 4 on Wednesday 3rd, but didn't receive a download link or serials.
I have been in communication with support but support is fairly slow. I have been asked to provide my paypal receipt, which I have done, but still no reply? After seeing some horror stories of support online I am worried, and want to start working with my V Collection as soon as possible.
my order number is WS-141204-QOHB68-2961
any help would be very appreciated!

Still no download link or serials!? Come on guys I've paid you 199 Euros can I at least get some support?

I m sorry I can't help very much from home.
check that your order is in your my arturia.
Maybe the license is too.
If not it might be it got in waiting status to deliver you the license. If so, someone for sales support can resume the order proxess Monday.

thanks, yes the order is on my arturia, the Licenses say pending still
