Title: Password request:The input value can only contain alphanumeric characters

Dear Arturia Team:

i have a username with a Point in it. Example: dddddd.dd       
 I forgot my Password and get a Your Arturia password reset request-mail.

If i use the link and type my Username in , the following Message will seen:The input value can only contain alphanumeric characters.

If i try it with my Mail Adress : the verification code was failed. no user found.

Please help me, thanx

Yes Dav1d, thats what i try an it doesnt work.

But Simon helps me an gave me a new Password

You can use your address monument.mc@t-online.de in the form in order to reset the password
