Title: Jupiter8V presets missing after update

Hi there!

I just updated to the Jupiter8V 2.6 and lost all my presets. It seems it has been reverted to the default/factory preset collection.
This did not happen with the ProphetV, which I also updated.

Is there any way to retrieve these presets?

Hi feilertsen,

Previous version of the Jupiter used to encrypt presets with elicenser protection system.
All your preset should be decrypted easily using the Jupiter Preset Decoder.exe and a valid elicenser license.

Thanks for replying!

I just tried this and got the message: The Presets are already decrypted. <100%>
(screenshot attatched)
All the user presets are still missing.

I guess something went wrong on your mac....
Could you try this :
Go to Library/application support/arturia/Jupiter-8V2/Save/User

Copy this user folder and paste it in
Library/Arturia/Jupiter8v2/save/
It should replace the user folder already existing in this folder.

Then run the Jupiter preset decoder.app again.

In order to understand what was the cause of your problem could you please tell me if you have this path EXACTLY  :
/Library/Application Support/Arturia/Jupiter-8V2/

What is your OS ?
Did you remember witch version of the Jupiter8 you have before upgrading ?

Yes I have that path.
Mac OS X 10.8.5
I can't remember the version number I had, but it was the latest version. I have been updating it regularly.
